Playing in the Snow

As sad as it may sound, Kenner has never played in the snow before until that morning that we woke up to our first snowfall of the year. After eating breakfast we asked Kenner if he wanted to go outside and play in the snow. Without any hesitation he said yes. Once we pulled all the snow gear out for him I think he was unsure if this is what he really wanted to do. He saw daddy getting his snow gear on too, which eased him into his own. Once he was out there, him and daddy had a great time. Mommy stayed in of course while daddy showed Kenner how to make a snowangel, make a snowball, catch the snow with his tongue, and last, but not least, eat the snow.

When it was time to come in go figure Kenner didn't want to, but once we said he could have some hot chocolate (chocolate milk) he gave in. Needless to say, the first time playing in the snow was a good experience.
